Idle or ignition coil problem

Replaced trans and coils...it passed inspection and was running fine. Now, it shakes and stalls after start and the engine light comes on. I had the codes checked and says problems with 1,2,3 ignition coils...but I replaced those and engine light still comes on and the car still shakes and putters on

are you sure you got the plug wires back on right,just because they new dont mean they are good.you also have a gray box mounted on top of engine at ac that could be bad also it controls the spark( cant think of part name)but if u look under hood u will see it.
