car has no power

Question type: General

I turn my key and my battery is dead and
when I'm driving my radio turns on and off I
just bought a new battery and a new
alternator hoping I fix the problem but bo
luck can someone please help

If your battery cable is not making solid contact with the battery, or if the cable has a break in it, under the insulation, this can happen. Another possible problem is your battery terminal/post could be stripped. You will notice the radio turn off when other larger things are drawing more current than you alternator can provide. Ex. rolling up windows while a/c is on high

Good battery...juice in battery...no ignition switch...no dash lights. Nothing
