Have a 2000 ford taurus. Engine light came on took it by autozone to be troubleshoot. Code pc306, cylinder misfire-6, probable causes ignition system fault sparkbplugs or vacuum leak or injector .

Bought plugs autolite but bosch were
taking out. The car was running ok with old
plugs and eng light on. New plugs got it
running crappy. It shuts off. Is it the type of
plugs or something else?

Change out your Engine Coolant Temp sensor. See if it runs any better. Real cheap part.
