2017 Ford Fusion lights are blinking?

While parked and running the trim lights and
taillights blink also a clicking can be heard near the
steering column.

Might be a short in the wiring or an issue with the multifunction switch. Which is your turn signal stalk. Have a garage look it over, you will need the proper experience and testing equipment to find the fault.
