Fan Air Blower motor.

I have a ford 2017 SE. Fan Air Blower motor vibrates when on speed 3 and above.
What could be the cause? If I need to inspect the fan blower, where is it located and how difficult is it to clean it. I replaced the Air filter.
Your advise would be appreciated.

MAYBE HAVE DIRT OR LEAVES IN BLOWER FAN. COULD BE FROM DEFROSTER VENTS ON DASH. BLOWER FAN IN UNDER THE DASH. MAYBE PART OF BLOWER IS UNDER HOOD ON FIRE WALL. IF YOU GET TO THE FAN YOU MAY BLOW THE DIRT OUT WITH AIR COMPRESSOR HOSE. LOTS OF WORK TO REMOVE BLOWER FAN ASSEMBLY.

Purchased New 3 button FOB programed myself, all buttons working perfect. Duplicated this FOB key laser cut. Inserted in vehicle, won't start, says "Key Not Detected". Do I need to program the key again. Any help would be appreciated
