is the 2003-2005 g35 x sedan a good car

I fell In love with a 2004 g35x sedan and I'm looking to
buy one . Everyone keeps telling me "oh it's gonna give
you hell" or "it gives issues" I really want this car and I
wanna know is it a good car. With proper care and  
maintenance  would It be a good car and last long ??

The car was good when it was new but now it is 13 years old and probably has a lot of miles. It is the age and miles that I would be concerned about.
