04 sonata with 172K miles and need to make a 1500 mile trip. will I make it?

Nobody can answer that. If oil change is due soon, as in within 1500 miles, get that done before leaving. Check all fluids, tires, and whatever rattling noise it is, if it has been doing it for a while it's not likely going to cause problems. If the rattling is new, take it to a mechanic to find out what it is first. Willie Makeit? Betty Will.
it has been rattling for a while, but my mechanic did not make much of a worry about it. I know that my question is open ended, but I am curious if other people would make the trip. I was going to try to drive the trip in about 30 hrs or so. other option is to tow / transport with is big money.
