Is there a special reason you are asking this question ? Did you just have brake work done ? But to try and answer your question no they usually do not come loose unless they where not tightened properly.

Well they were factory installed as the car only has 43,000 miles on it. The guy who is repairing them told me someone must have loosened them because in his 31 years in business he has never seen this happen before. I just had the oil changed at a place in Menifee California when I only got 5 miles out of garage when brake light warning came on. I think the mechanics who did my oil chane sabotaged my vehicle, lesson learned never go to a place where you cannot watch them work on vehicle...

Was any damage done to brakes because of the loose bolts ? If not just have him tighten them unless he is telling you you need brake work done now. Being in the situation you are in i believe I would think the same thing as you but it is really hard to prove it. The best thing to do is get a second opinion.
