Follow the exhaust header and its stub looking with wires connected to it and a second and possibly more would be located after the catalytic converter.
If it is like my 96 and 99 explorer v-6's you probably have four. The one which usually goes is the one closest to the engine, but that is usually not the case. Search the internet and find the correct procedure to determine if it is bad. Some places will not take them back once purchased. It's easier with a socket specially designed for oxygen sensors.
