What lines could be blocked on my AC compressor?

I have had it vacuumed out & recharged by the
machine we put r-134a in as instructed. It blows
cold while idling or at a stop and in park!!! When I
take off it blows the devils air!!! I live in TEXAS it’s
just now August!!! I drive a 2008 G6 Pontiac V6!!
What do I do next?

A.C condenser coil maybe clogged with dirt and bugs causing little little to almost no air flow across the coils clean condenser with garden hose and nozzle if radiator sets in front of condenser clean it also so that you can get good air flow to condenser.
