Hyundai Elantra 2005 creamy Sludge in Radaitor No water in Oil?

Recently had my head shaved and now I am seeing creamy sludge in radiator but no sign
of water in the oil. This is approximately ten days after repair and car was running great
until today when it died at a light. Immediately restarted and found a hose loose, checked
water and oil and its running again.

I had just put a radiator cleaner flush in before it went down on me and never really got it flushed good. Going to try flushing again, thanks.

White gunk is emulsion. It is a mix of oil and water. (Yes, they really will mix) and it sounds like when the heads were re-installed you now have a blown head gasket. Maybe they got put on upside down or whatever, but it is no coincidence this is happening right after the heads were off then put back on
