About: 2006 Hyundai Sonata GL
steel 16 in. wheels
I have a bent rim, steel 16 in, with 15 holes. only local used has 12 holes. Naturly the guy sayes they are the same,and he is 50 miles away.

Your plastic hubcap probably won't work right. The real question is not how many holes on the outside, but how many holes for lug nuts (should be 5) and the spacing of those lug nut holes. If the number of lug nut holes and the spacing is incorrect, the number of cosmetic and brake cooling holes is irelevent.
