My 1990 Honda civic shakes when i hit the brakes from 25 mph and up

I have changed the tie rod ends, al the brake parts, control arm bushings, ball joints, halfshafts, wheel bearings. it only does it when I hit the brakes, Even after all the repairs it still does it and I cannot figure out why.

Do you have aftermarket wheels on the car? Check the back of the wheels, make sure they are free of debris and rust where it contacts the front rotors. Check the torque on the lug nuts. make sure they are all torqued evenly. Aftermarket wheels or lugs may not be mounting properly, check the application.
