92 accord won't crank

I just replaced the starter thinking that it wouldn't
crank due to a bad solenoid,  and it happened
again. Any idea why it would start sluggish or not
crank at all?

Most of the time it cranks over but sounds sluggish, some times it doesn't crank at all. And I've already replaced the starter

    2006 Accord will not crank over. Have installed new battery and just finished putting in a new starter switch. All of my headlights and interior lights are very bright. Any ideas?
