Changed electronic throttle body. Now car starts
idles but won't take gas.need help

I have a 2014 Chevy impala and I notice that whenever I’m driving and have my AC on it keeps on shutting on and off and also I get alerts on my dashboard dying my irbag needs service or theft torrent system I called the dealer and I was told that the key transmitter isn’t sending a signal I already change the battery but it keeps on happening anybody can help me please
