What a good settlement from the Insurance company for 1996 Honda Accord LX 178,392 miles. It was wrecked in the rear suspension and there is some body damage to the rear door from the same accident and they are totaling it. It has premium wheel 2 tires are 2 weeks old, no problems mechanically, has an alarm system, keyless entry, airbags, am/fm cd single, premium rims 4.0cyl 2.2 liter, power steering, tile wheel, automatic, air conditioning, power seats, power lock, cruise control.
The car was parked and was it in the rear tire causing rear suspension and damage to the rear door. The insurance company is totaling it and we just need to know what the value might be.
The insurance does not care about premium wheels alarms, anything. You will get low KBB value
For KBB value go to KBB and plug in all that information, and expect the lowest possible list as your payout. And if the car is paid for you get the check. If not, the bank does, you get nothing.
Thanks for the information.
Sorry it's sounds like such a 'downer'..but that's how they work.
