98 accord vetch I changed valve cover
gaskets and tourqued intake down properly
cleaned engine now the engine stalls after
warming up. To correct the stalling I
changed the egr valve, cleaned egr ports on
block and intake, cleaned throttle body,
changed IAC valve, changed rotary button,
cleaned distributor, changed distributor cap,
checked ohms on ignition coil, changed
plugs and wires, cleaned electronic
connections now I'm getting IAC control
system from the odbll. The car only stalls
after about 15 mins of driving

I'm getting a p0505 code I changed the IAC for the second time, checked the proper voltage...etc now the car won't idle down its running about 1400 rpm even after reading the manual and taking the proper steps to bring down the idle by adjusting the idle screw it won't idle up or down

This sounds like a vacuum leak. Keep checking on the wires and voltages.

This could be a tough one as you've already been very thorough in your response to this matter however I would buy a can of starter fluid and spray across all vacuum lines and intake areas to verify that there are no leaks and obviously the car has to be running when you perform this test it's a simple one but if the idle Rises you may locate an area that is leaking and unregulated airflow will cause the symptom

Furthermore there's nothing wrong with removing that IAC clean it thoroughly with carb cleaner as they are notorious for buildup from the cooling system
