Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Would love some help on this matter. 2000
prelude. Just bought a couple days ago and drove
36 miles home no problem except it tried to die
when slowing down to stop. Now that I own it, it
wouldn't start. Figuring it was the oil pump, I
changed it out. Cranks but still won't start because
there is no power to the fuel pump. Checked my
work multiple times and it's correct, pump works
when jumped, relays test perfectly fine, but it's still
not turning on the pump.. help!!!

Come to find out, when the crankshaft position sensor (top dead center sensor) goes out, it likes to cut the power to the fuel pump. As a safety precaution..

The fuel pump wasn't turning off at the right pressure, it wasn't pressurizing at all.. never got turned on after installation because it wasn't getting power...
