2000 honda odyssey wont start

Lights and all come on and you hear a
click when you turn the key then nothing.
Changed the terminal posts cleaned off
major corrosion made sure it was on tight.
It started no hesitation turned off wouldnt
restart.

Hi my 2000honda Odyssey not getting fuel I can't find the safety fuel switch tuan that shuts the car off if it's been in a wreck
