my check engine light came on and i got the code P0104, need a check list for this

My check engine light to my 2001 ford windstar came on, I have run a diagnostic on it and
got the code P0104, could really use a check list as to what is causing this problem and
would this code be the reason as to why im running on the lean side also? thanks for your
help, Karryn
