changed radiator and thermostrat 2001 honda accord still runs hot why ???

if the car overheated and caused you to do all of this work, then it is possible that you have a blown head gasket. this will cause overheat. there are vids on how to do a combustion leak test on youtube if you suspect your head gasket. there are do it yourself kits for about 40 bucks, or some shops have sniffers that they can put in your exhaust to diagnose.
