My 67 f100 has a bang

The bang happens every time I pull away from dead stops. 352 with C6 cruise
a matic 4 wheel drum brakes

Try to figure out where the noise is coming from. I suppose it could be bad engine or transmission mounts or a problem with the rear axle.
