have a 2001 ford c class motor home v10 motor. new starter, battery. it will spin but will not go ijn to turn fly whell. any aswers what i need to try next?

engaugeng flywheel.

Your starter Bendix is either not kicking out or you have a bad spot on the flywheel easy to check
