How do I get the Dealer to fix my air on my 2016 Honda CRV? I bought it on a Friday and was back on Monday with complaints of air not being cool enough.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I purchased my CRV on a Friday and was back by Monday as air was not
working properly. They said they replaced a part and it was fine. I came back
Wednesday as it was not fixed the air would only be a little cool then warm.
They measured the coolness and said it at the level it should be. That is odd
as I was traveling and the air was so warm my scalp was wet. So after many
calls I once again brought it back. Do I have any right here? I have a 12
month warranty so why are they not fixing it? Please give me advice?

Lx30215 is correct, it has to be a Honda dealer to be repaired under warranty. Refer back to your warranty or buyers guide paperwork to see if it's covered.

Do you check with your states lemon law information . Too many request for repairs or too many repairs or waiting to long for repairs might get the state or a lemon law attorney to help you out . Been there.
