00 si turned off wile driving and wont start any ideas?

i was driving my 00 civic si and out of nower it shuts
off on me and wont start. put a dizzy from a buddy
of mines and it stared right up drove it home turned
it off and tried too start it back up too see if itl start
well it did start after 4 sec it shuts off again  now it
wont start. replaced the plug wires. bought a brand
new dizzy still wont start. soo i took out a spark
plug and it looked moist wit fuel but not gettin spark
at all. any ideas on what may cause this
problem.??? much apriciated.
