Is my Chevy 2016 Chevy Malibu 2.0T flat towable?

My Chevy 2016 Chevy Malibu 2.0T Users Manual says the vehicle is not flat
towable, but the 2016 Dingy Tow Guide says it is flat towable.  
Can my 2016 Chevy Malibu 2.0L be flat towable?

Thanks for confirming the wording in the User Manual which looks kinda like double negatives to me. Is it the turbocharger that prohibits the flat towing? If not and it is only the need for transmission fluid to be flowing then could usage of a Remco Lube Pump allow it to be flat towed? Seems like it should unless there is some other reason the premium turbo model cannot be flat towed.
