the problem i described in my question. I took it to Auto Zone and they plugged their diagnostic tool and the readout said crankshaft position censer was bad, when I bought the new censer the part store gave me a camshaft censer so I went ahead and changed both. the o2 censer I changed first

the person at auto zoo is a salesman not a technician , I don't think it would even start with a bad crank sensor , ( no spark and no injector pulse points to a bad honda crank sensor ) . You need to get the code and figure it out from there or take it to someone who knows what they're doing .
