This looks like it's part of the roofline and not the door, yes? Take it to a few different body shops and get some quotes. They'll likely want to paint the entire roof to make sure the paint matches. It looks like there is more than just dents going on, something gouged it along the edge? It's nothing major but it will need body work before paint. I think you're looking at about $1500 on the cheap side, 2500 on the high side, and if you take it to a place like Maaco or leftover Earl Schiebs, around 500 for single stage paint.

Body work and paint is expensive to do right but a 2 year old car is worth it. If it was 10 years old I would say take it to Maaco.
