Car won't start

Will not start every think els works fine battery is good been standing for 8

Well I had this problem for 2 weeks and found out it was the Dorman ignition eacuator. And my car did crank.

    Why won't the car start ? It doesn't click or make any noise when turning the key. New battery , shifter in park , but temperature is -38c.
