2016 town & Country cylinder 6 Misfire

Here is the response I received from Chrysler.com customer care; "I do see that this type of concern would have been covered by the basic warranty which is for 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty did expire on: March 8, 2021. I checked to see if we can assist outside of the warranty, however in this case we would not be able to provide out of warranty assistance, it may have been possible for an original owner however in this case our hands are tied. I do apologize that I do not have better news to share, I can certainly understand the frustration with your vehicle having issues."
