My 1992 gmc 2wd ext cab 4.3 sle sonoma has abs label on tailgate and brake light comes on in dash when I reach 35 mph but when I go to parts store to buy sensor they say its on the rear diff housing but there is no place for sensor there or on front dust covers . Am I missing something or have there been alterations to this truck that I'm unaware of . I guess I'm asking if there may be another location of sensor or module that may be not so common on this model for the ABS ?

On my GMC Sonoma SLS (4x4), I have two pistons on the brake Caliper and can not get them to seat equally flush. At the best I can get about 1/4 inch sticking out. Is this normal or am I missing a step? Thank You in advance :) 4 Answers

Seems to fire fine, got good fuel pump pressure. Truck will not crank.
