Every 5 lug chevy/gmc wheel is interchangeable to bolt up even s10/s15 to full size unless its 4×4 to2×4 correct?

Have 2wd 93 sonoma 14in wheels looking to change up to 15 or 16 in wheels.

Yes a 5 bolt pattern on GM trucks are the same. And since you are increasing the diameter of the rims it should not interfere with the brake calipers.
