Hello, so i started my 2001 Ford Focus
up earlier, it made a very loud crunching
noise and blew up. It won't start now.
All of the antifreeze and engine oil
leaked out and there was a few pieces
of metal in the puddle. Can somebody
please tell me what I might need to do
to repair this? What could've
happened? I'm thinking its the oil pan
that busted, but why would the
antifreeze leak out also?

Probably threw a rod. Time for a new engine as yours probably cannot be rebuilt. I would probably scrap the car as the cost to fix will be 3x what the car is worth running.

Crap. Well i literally just bought this car not even a month ago. So bad engine now then?

Alrighty. Sounds like its just gonna have to get junked. I spent $700 to buy it 3 weeks ago. Total loss it seems, where are decent places to scrap cars?
