You may have what is known as a parasitic drain where something as trivial as a light bulb is not shutting off when it is supposed to. To identify that this is your problem, disconnect your positive battery lead and hook up an amp meter between your positive battery terminal and the positive battery lead. Hook the other meter lead to a good ground and, with the car off, see if it measures any current flowing. If it does, you have identified a draw that must be found and repaired. Begin by removing fuses one at a time until you have found the circuit that has the leak. You will then need to dig into that circuit to find the problem. It is usually a short to ground. Good luck.
