Turn signals 1986 ram charger

you may want to replace the sockets with new after market , anything corroded should be replaced , brake and directional may share a bulb/circuit , a multi tester would help so that you know what has power and what don't

I did replace the rt side socket , everything has power the lights work even get brighter when turn the switch on just don't blink as turn signals

look for the flasher unit under the dash see if it's clicking

Already replaced both of them
