Why is the suggested price for my vehicle $2000 UNDER Kelley Blue Book, and why is there no way to add an aftermarket item like a full sized spare tire - it came with a goo compressor and not even a "donut" - to the value of the vehicle?

Additional Info - I priced the vehicle on this website and got a fair market value of $13,195, which certainly makes the recommended price look way too low.
