last time, I visited walmart or some other person for oil change, they said, something they can't open or do the service, you have to go to the dealer. So confused. like 15 K(I use less) schedule maintenance, can I do at local garage? can they perform all the service needs? like pep-boys, Goodyear, etc..

Doing it yourself is the most economical choice. If you don't have the capability then check BBB for local business reputation. Reviews are good to preview. Ask people you trust for recommendations. Now give me points.
