Break slow to release after taking foot off the break paddle.

After taking foot of the break paddle, the breaks are slow to release.  Front
calipers are new.  After a few seconds break will release. Requires more
pressure to apply break than normal. Feels like a clog in the break line that
feeds both front breaks.  What could cause this?

The flexible brake hoses in the front may have collapsed internally , try replacing them
