2015 escape low beam headlight not working

Both sides? Just one side? Do the high beams work? If only one side then it's probably just the bulb on that side. If both sides then maybe take it to the local auto parts store and see if they will put one bulb in for you to see if it fixes that side.

I tried a new bulb on the passenger side. Not the problem. High beam is working fine low beam is causing trouble. Just stopped working

Same problem 2 month and still not working, I took the lights bulbs plug and measure 7.8 vdc when need 12vdc. I met a guy who use to work for ford he was a electromechanic he told me that the computer need to be reprogram.

I have same problem with my daughter's 2013 Ford Escape. The passenger's headlight is out and bulb is not the problem. Relays and fuses are OK. Any idea what's wrong Thanks
