I have a 2000 Jimmy and the 4 wheel drive won't work. Replaced dash switch, vacuum actuator. Has vacuum but still won't engauge. What do you suggest now?

Took out the control module on the passenger side behind panel under glove box, and cleaned one corroded terminal also.  Could this part be faulty?  Sick of throwing parts at it.

it could be the front diff itself. Have you taken it off the actuator and tryed to pull the cable?

Yes, and the cable works freely. Picked up a used control module that is guaranteed to work. We'll see if that helps.
