Acura Mdx 2002 Navigation (Time)

I have an acura mdx 2002 everthing was fine with
the car until yesterday...... Yesterday i turn on my
car as usual i did my thing use my phone a little
waiting for the engine to warm up and then i turn to
see my navigation system and i see the time its on
0:00 and i go and try to see if i can fix it but it wont
even allowed me to change the hr or the minutes
all i see its the two dots between the zeros (:) are
blinking i dont know why what can i do i really need
help this happened unexpectedly i even opened the
dvr just to see if that could fix it bit it did nothing
can some one pleeeease help me
