2002 Sonoma won't start

Shut my 2002 Sonoma off tried to start it, it
won't turn over, crank nothing like the battery
is dead. Battery is fully charged when I try to
start it nothing happens I have lights, horn,
etc. when I turn the key off all of the dash
lights flash and the truck beeps for about 30
seconds and stops. I thought maybe it was
the anti theft or security thing so I did the
relearn procedure for the key but that did
nothing. Anyone have any idea what could
be wrong with it
