We own a 2014 MKZ 3.7 AWD and have had no issues with it. It still has the original battery. I would suggest taking it to the dealership due to all the electronic gizmos this car has. Something is likely causing a parasitic draw on your battery and discharging it. Mine is still under factory warranty and yours might be also.
