Rubber burning smell when heat is on

Was told I need to replace my serpentine belt and tension adjuster?

Yes, do it. The heater air is bringing in the burnt smell. Better get to a repair shop directly or start calling for a tow truck.

Shocked that this type of service has to be done already on a 2014 Murano with 62,000 miles on it.
