I have a 1985 chevy c10 %2C the steering wheel is not in same position after each startup. wheels are straight but steering is at different positions. any know how to fix this %3F

I suspect that the front parts, tierods, ball joints are well worn and probably the steering has some slop in it. I recommend having a mechanic actually check for excessive lose components.
