Blank display on screen

Jump started after a dead battery now the main display screen is not coming
on at all checked the fuses

Hdd screen and head unit replacement all working fine now apparently there's a reset on the hdd screen but only lexus has the tool but they did not want to deal with it .They were only interested taking very serious amount of money accumulating to £11k+ and regrettably the technician are not competent enough to diagnose the problem with regrets.I had it done through an independent GARAGE
