Check engine light on? Does it flash during this? A tune up may fix the issue no guarantee though.

Like what kind of tune up..and yes check engine light is on but it doesn't flash...do you think it will help changing spark plugs??

Plugs, wires or boots if its coil over plug design, air filter, fuel filter, and pcv if applicapable. How many miles/kilometers do you have on the vehicle?

Manufacturers recommend doing a tune-up every 48,000 K so if you haven't done one you are past due for your second. Has it been tuned up?
