I have a question about my car spinning out of control

I have a 2014 Chrysler 300 the traction control light
is on but idk If it’s working because my car is
spinning out of control with the smallest turns BUT
only when it’s raining could it be the wheels or the
car ?

When the light is on, that means the traction control is activating due to wheel slippage. Yes, get new tires.
