2014 Chrysler Town and Country minivan touchscreen not working
Went black after we plugged in apparently a faulty USB charging cable. Lights
flicker around the outside, but nothing on the screen.
Experiencing same problem. Haven't been able to find anything related on the internet.
I have same issue, happened about 2 weeks ago. Is this a defect?
I have the same issue on my 2014 30th anniversary edition and have yet to find a fix. The black buttons on sides of the screen flicker on and off but the screen is dead, no audio, and my phone still connects to the Bluetooth. The DVD player can not be operated with the remote, the screens in the backseat come to the 1&2 selection with clock. Also you can't eject the DVD that is inside ...... My only guess is the actual unit itself is dead.

any solutions? my radio stoped working, only lights are like on the picture. fuses are ok but we could not find solution 2014 CHRYSLER Town

Same issue 2014 T&C 30th Edition. Even bought a different radio off ebay and it does the same exact thing as the old one. Blank screen, side buttons light up but don't do anything.
I had the same issue today. Any suggestions? Has anyone rapaired this problem?
