Illuminated ESC Light and Flashing ETC light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My vehicle has a high, rough idle along with a limit of power
of around 2,500 RPMs. When I fully depress the pedal to
the floor, it only goes up to 3,500 RPMs on a good day.
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this or what is
causing this? I have replaced my battery, cleaned my
throttle body, and also have changed multiple fuses.
